This sourced bourbon is aged for a minimum of 2 years with a blend of mash bills including 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. The aroma begins with notes of citrus in caramel and warm dill spice. On the tongue are hues of spice, caramel candy, vanilla, and touches of anise-scented orange peel.
