That's right folks. Gin. Handmade. Here in Brooklyn (on 19th street to be precise). Made from all New York grains and distilled in such a way as to retain the honey and buttery characteristics of the grain, this gin has a nice roundness to it (somewhere between an English dry and an Old Tom) and its botanical profile relies on the sweet piney-ness of rosemary and the bitter bite of citrus peel and fresh ginger. A truly tasty, local distillate. Show me other "NY State of Wine" products.
