Andeluna Cabernet Sauvignon is made from premium grapes grown at higher elevations in the foothills of the Andes. Our outstanding terroir produces grapes that develop the rich, concentrated flavors that characterize these exceptional wines. This wine was hand crafted in collaboration with Michel Holland and aged with French and American oak for seven months. The 2007 Andeluna Cabernet Sauvignon has a full body and is perfectly balanced with very good structure. Aromas of Morello cherry, sweet pepper, plum and eucalyptus with notes of chocolate, vanilla and minerals combine with flavors of plum and sweet spices to complement rounded tannins and produce an excellent wine with a fresh finish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect companion to many foods, including hearty cheeses, spicy pastas and roasted or grilled meats. Enjoy it tonight, or let it age gracefully into the future. Andeluna Cellars' wines express the heritage and romance of Argentina, I share this passion and believe our commitment to excellence results in an exceptional wine drinking experience that can be tasted in every glass of Andeluna wine. Please enjoy this wine with our best wishes. - Silvio Alberto, Winemaker. 9267 cases produced. Red wine. Alc 14.2% by vol. Product of Argentina.
