Inspired by the Basque cider houses in Spain, Brooklyn Cider was founded by two siblings and their friend. They quit their jobs to grow apples and make natural, high quality ciders from them in a style that is a cross between Basque and British. The Bone Dry Cider is made with a higher concentration of heirloom and bitter cider apples and lightly carbonated. This is clean, crisp, and dry.
